01 · Accounting

Bookkeeping and financial statements.

Monthly bookkeeping on Xero, with supplier invoices captured through Hubdoc so source documents and ledger entries stay attached. Annual financial statements prepared to the framework appropriate to your entity — IFRS for SMEs for most owner-managed companies, full IFRS where reporting obligations require it.

Management accounts available monthly or quarterly. We treat year-end as the natural conclusion of work done well throughout the year, not a frantic reconstruction in March.

  • Monthly bookkeeping on Xero
  • Annual financial statements (IFRS for SMEs / IFRS)
  • Management accounts & KPI reporting
  • Year-end & audit preparation
  • Xero migration & clean-up

02 · Tax

Compliance, planning, and SARS.

Income tax compliance for companies, trusts, and individuals. VAT registrations and returns. Provisional tax estimated with care rather than rounded for convenience. Where there is a decision to be made — a property transaction, a share buyback, an emigration — we want to be in the conversation before it happens, not reconciling after.

SARS engagement is handled directly through eFiling. Disputes, objections, and verifications are managed without delegating to you the parts that should be ours.

  • Company income tax (ITR14)
  • Individual income tax (ITR12)
  • Trust returns (IT12TR)
  • VAT registrations & VAT201s
  • Provisional tax (IRP6)
  • Dividends tax (DTR02) returns
  • Tax planning for transactions and structures
  • SARS disputes, objections, and audits

03 · Payroll

PAYE, UIF, and the monthly cadence.

Monthly payroll administered on SimplePay. EMP201 submissions and PAYE/UIF/SDL payments on the seventh of each month, EMP501 reconciliations bi-annually, IRP5s issued to employees by the deadline. Leave balances, reimbursements, and statutory deductions tracked alongside.

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • EMP201 & EMP501 submissions
  • IRP5 / IT3(a) issue
  • UIF, SDL, and Workmen's Compensation
  • Payslip distribution and queries

04 · Secretarial

CIPC and company administration.

The administrative spine of a company — annual returns, director changes, shareholder updates. Beneficial ownership filings under the new regime, kept current rather than scrambled when CIPC asks. Company records maintained as they should be, not as they often are.

  • CIPC annual returns
  • Director appointments & resignations
  • Shareholder changes & share transfers
  • Beneficial ownership filings
  • Memorandum of Incorporation amendments
